Vision

My story

I have been interested in stage art since I was 12 years old. I have been doing it all, from music, theater and dancing to juggling, acrobatics and magic. Magic is my passion, though. I have performed on stages worldwide and gained quite a lot of experience over the years.

I wish to offer high quality entertainment for any event. – Wherever, whenever.

I started juggling when I was twelve. I lived in Africa with my parents who were missionaries at the time. I had lots of time to practice and soon mastered the three ball cascade. But it wasn’t until two years later, when we moved to Bergen in Norway that I met other jugglers and really got started. I realized that I had a long way to go and I worked hard to master juggling with rings, clubs and torches.

The ball started rolling then and it has just kept rolling. I went to a circus school for one year and learned the art of aerial acrobatics and balance on a wire. I also got interested in magic at the same time through a friend of mine who is a magician. Ever since, I have had the opportunity to perform all over the world and still develop new skill.

Jesus vs. magic

As a Christian, I get a lot of questions concerning the mix of Christian faith and magic. Many magicians have a dark and occult image that opposes to the message of peace that the church wishes to present. I believe, however, that that God has created me just the way that I am, with my talents and abilities, to work for His kingdom on earth. This is my calling and I want more than anything else to give God glory through everything that I do.

What is magic?

Magic, for me, is not about the tricks that I do or the methods used. It’s all about the special atmosphere that is created between me and my audience. It’s about seeing individuals, about touching people. It’s about turning dreams into reality.

I want my audience to take a break from reality and simply relax in my world of fairytales.

The world we live in is getting stripped of its magic. We have explained and defined to death all the things that used to make our lives interesting; thunder and lightning, the rainbow, a beautiful sunset, star formations and the northern light. They are all reduced to formulas and calculations.

Children have a wonderful attitude towards to life. They are dazzled beyond words by all new things and everything that happens around them. But as they grow older, they loose most of the ability to see the wonders in their surroundings.

I hope that I can take my audience to a world where everything is possible. That those who experiences the show will feel some of that childish fascination by things that goes beyond our imagination.

Please hear me: I do not try to fool anyone!
I do not claim to have supernatural powers; I’m no shaman or sorcerer. I’m quite simply a regular guy who has found some creative solutions to impossible problems. I combine sleight of hand with advanced psychology to create illusions. There’s no cheating, no foolery, just creative solutions!

Vision

My vision for the years to come is simply to become a better entertainer. I wish to bring joy to the world. For now, I try to make it as a professional artist in Norway. I want to get more experienced and promote my name along the way. In the future I hope to travel the world, helping children and youth to a better life. There are so many wonderful projects out that focuses on human beings instead of money and selfish attention.

I don’t know exactly what will be my path for the years to come, but I know that I will be doing what I love the most!
